Do I need a credit card to create a shop?
No. You do not need a credit or debit card to open a shop.
Listings
How long does a listing stay active
Listings remain active for 60 days. You can renew or update your listing at any time.
How many items can I list?
There is no limit. You can list as many items as you like as long as they meet our guidelines.
Fees and Payments
How much does it cost to sell on Kid Gear Market?
There is no fee to create a shop or list items. When an item sells, Kid Gear Market charges a ten percent commission.
Who processes payments?
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Commissions and payouts are handled by Everything Entertainment Biz Inc. Your receipts or payouts may show this name.
How do I get paid?
Funds from your sales are deposited into your connected Stripe account. Stripe manages the timing of payouts based on their standard schedule.
Who handles shipping?
Sellers are responsible for shipping their items. Each seller chooses their shipping method and sets their shipping cost.
Can I offer or request local pickup?
Yes. If a seller chooses to offer local pickup, it will appear as an option at checkout.
What if an item arrives damaged or does not arrive?
Please contact the seller directly through your account messaging. Most issues can be resolved quickly between buyers and sellers.
What is the return policy?
Because Kid Gear Market is a peer to peer marketplace, returns are handled directly between buyers and sellers. Please review item descriptions carefully and message the seller with any questions before purchasing.
Can I cancel an order?
If the seller has not shipped the item yet, you may request a cancellation. The seller will confirm whether the cancellation is possible.
